1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sydney Harbour Driving School website (sydneyharbourdriving.com.au) and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Services Offered
Sydney Harbour Driving School offers a range of driving lesson services, including:

3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a lesson, payment must be made in advance. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and direct bank transfer. Specific details regarding payment procedures will be provided upon booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson cost. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the lesson. Bookings can be made either online, via phone with our booking agent, or in person at our office during business hours.
4. Instructor and Vehicle
Sydney Harbour Driving School will provide a qualified and experienced driving instructor and a roadworthy vehicle for all lessons. The instructor reserves the right to refuse to provide a lesson if they believe the student is unfit to drive due to illness, intoxication, or any other reason that compromises safety.
The instructor will do their best to be on time for all appointments. If delayed by more than 15 minutes through circumstances within our control, the lost time will be added to the lesson or credited to the student. Sydney Harbour Driving School reserves the right to substitute instructors or vehicles due to unforeseen circumstances. Students are expected to treat both the instructor and vehicle with respect.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
- Holding a valid learner's permit or driver's license.
- Attending lessons on time.
- Adhering to the instructor's instructions.
- Not being under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons.
- Informing the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect their driving ability.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sydney Harbour Driving School will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by students during driving lessons, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of the driving instructor. We recommend that students have appropriate insurance coverage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sydney Harbour Driving School website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sydney Harbour Driving School and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
